Minibems is a demand management system for complex heating systems that can bring up to a 25% energy saving:
Minibems is ideally placed to provide efficient and precise heating in commercial applications such as factories, grain drying facilities and office complexes.
Minibems can deliver cost-saving, zonal heating and hot water control for domestic applications such as blocks of flats, hotels, care homes and large residences where different levels of heating are required in different areas of the building.
District heating systems deliver heat to multiple buildings via a single source. Utilising Minibems in a district heating system grants the heat network manager visibility of the entire network, as well as the ability to monitor individual energy usage.
Communal heating systems, such as those which supply apartment blocks, can benefit from better visibility, greater control and metering options through the use of Minibems.
Individual heating products
Minibems can be incorporated into individual heating products to provide better control, increase efficiency and reduce running costs.
Thermal stratification is a natural phenomenon that affects all buildings and results in a dramatic imbalance of temperatures from the floor to the ceiling. The thermal stratification phenomenon occurs when hot air rises towards the ceiling or roof as it is lighter than the surrounding cool air. In contrast, the cool air falls to the floor as it is heavier than the rising hot air.
Airius thermal destratification systems will eliminate thermal stratification and reduce the carbon footprint of any building. Recommended by the Carbon Trust, they are one of the most effective energy reduction technologies available on the market.
When compared to using conventional boiler systems and mains electricity, Bosch CHP has the potential to reduce carbon dioxide emissions for power and heat generation by around 30%. In utilising the waste heat from the power generation process, Bosch CHP delivers energy utilisation of around 92%, of which around 33% is in the form of higher value electrical energy.
Bosch CHP modules feature a three-way catalyst and lambda control, ensuring low emissions and enhanced ef ciency. They also produce very low noise levels through their integrated sound insulation.
Fuel input to CHP is except from the Climate Change Levy. In addition, Bosch CHP plant and machinery is eligible for Enhanced Capital Allowances (contingent on achieving certain CHPQA quality CHP statuses).

Sunamp heat batteries are non-toxic, compact and highly efficient. They can be used to store heat for a number of applications including many renewable and low carbon technologies.
- SunampPV stores excess electricity from a Solar PV array as heat. It can later deliver fast-flowing hot water on-demand. There is no need for a water tank or an immersion heater. And it works perfectly with combi boilers or instant water heaters (gas, oil, LPG or electric).
- SunampStack is an advanced heat storage designed to save you money by optimising the operation of renewable heat sources. It typically doubles the financial return on air source heat pumps and micro CHP systems.

Switching to LED lighting in your premises can help significantly cut your electricity spend. Not only do they consume up to 90% less power than incandescent bulbs, but they have a lifespan of up to 60,000 hours compared to 1,500 hours. This means they will need to be replaced far less often, further cutting purchasing and maintenance costs.
Generating virtually no heat, LED lighting is safe, cutting the risk of overheating and fires. They are also designed to withstand extreme temperatures and vibrations.
Used as part of a wider energy saving strategy, LED lighting can substantially help in reducing energy consumption and reducing spend.
